FARM MANAGER & HEAD OF PRODUCTION
Masiwa is an imposing figure, and we’re not just talking about his height. As pictured he firmly believes in leading from the front.
With Degree in Agriculture and an excess of 33 years of professional experience in the agricultural field. Masiwa has been a lecturer & farm manager at Bindura university amongst other agricultural managerial posts in several countries in Africa.
Masiwa’s role is to manage the day to day functions of our production cycle. He has proven his ability to streamline production and advance capacity to prevent, detect, diagnose, and treat animal diseases.
As a result Karumazondo Meats is able to consistently provide quality meat & poultry produce.
FINANCIAL CONTROLLER & ADMINISTRATION MANAGER
Fadzi holds a degree in banking and finance, since graduating she has acquired experience in financier and administration. She also managed a poultry abattoir for over 2 years.
Fadzi is responsible for managing accounting documents, preparing operation budgets, finical reporting and most importantly ensuring our customers are charged a fair price for our products.
Since joining us Fadzi has proved to be an integral part of the business, Fadzi is not just stationed behind the desk, she can be seen at out butcher outlets, out on the farm fields and even in our delivery trucks.
HEAD OF LOGISTICS AND DISTRIBUTION
Andrew has managed to acquire collective regards from both friends and foe as many of sober habits, which is why we saw it fit to put him in the drivers seat of our delivery vehicles.
Andrew has picked up a range of professional qualifications, book keeping, management information systems and a diploma in Marketing to name a few.
His role in the business is to organise sufficient storage and distribution of our meat & poultry products. He ensures the right products are delivered to the right location on time.
Andrew’s professional qualifications combined with his work experience in Zimbabwe and the UK have both equipped him to carry out his duties with precision.
He is quite literally the John of all trades, John is multi talented and has garnered experience Fabrication & metal works, landscaping & design, construction & earth moving and finally electrical engineering,
As our maintenance officer John is responsible for ensuring our equipment is always in working order. In the event of breakdowns he is always our first port of call.
Having John onboard gives the business peace of mind, an issue with a freezer can be resolved almost instantaneously ensuring our products remain fresh.
Joe, our meat master also known as the butcher, makes excellent use of his knives and other carving tools to cut, trim and prepare meat for sale to our customers.
He has developed the expertise and experience to break down large pieces of meat into steaks, chops, roasts, sausages and mince.
Being so instrumental in our meat supply process, Joe has a keen eye for quality control, he ensures all our produce meets and exceeds our internal standards before it is despatched to out customers.
Our specialist team, they work very closely with our farm manager and are in charge of the management of our livestock. They deal with the feeding, breeding, housing and the general welfare of our livestock.
